Delivery is charged on the following basis:

Terms & Conditions

All orders are subject to accordance and approval by Toptel Ltd hereafter referred to as ‘the company’.

All orders shall be executed on the understanding that the placing of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Prices are ex-works and packaging and carriage extra.

Prices and designs are subject to change without prior notification, and all goods will be invoiced in accordance with prices ruling on date of order.

Shipment of Orders - All orders will be shipped as prompt and efficiently as possible. Delivery dates are approximate only and no liability can be accepted for any loss injury damage or expenses consequent upon delay in delivery from whatever cause.

The company shall be responsible for the proper packaging and security of the goods but shall not be liable for damage caused by third party couriers.

Failure to advise the company of non delivery or damage within 3 days from date of due delivery will relieve the company of all responsibility for loss.

The return of goods will only be accepted if either there is a warranty claim or the goods accepted for return must be unused and in re-saleable condition. It shall be the purchasers responsibility to return goods to the company at the purchasers expense. If warranty claims are successful all costs will be refunded or the goods repaired/replaced to your satisfaction.

Payment is taken before all goods are despatched. No credit shall be given so please do not ask.

The terms and conditions shall in all respects be in accordance with English Law and the English courts shall have sole jurisdiction in all matters arising.
